Assigning roles to steps is getting a visual upgrade. Roles will now appear as pill-shaped labels, each marked with a clear R, A, C, or I tag to indicate their responsibility. Simply click the RACI tag to switch roles—no more dropdown hunting. Roles will be sorted by type to make team responsibilities easier to scan and manage. A cleaner, faster way to show who’s doing what—at a glance.

To help prevent accidental deletions, we’re adding a confirmation modal when deleting a workspace. Users will now need to type the workspace name to confirm deletion. This adds an extra layer of clarity and protection before removing important work.

Users want to be able to bulk select from the list view in the workflow canvas, and push edits to a collection of steps.

Users can use ⌘ + Z to undo the previous changes they made to the Workflow canvas. And use Shift + ⌘ + Z to redo the action. Maximum 2 undos and redos

You’ll soon be able to reorder tasks inside a step by simply clicking and dragging them. This gives you more control over how tasks are organized — whether you're prioritizing work or matching the real sequence of execution.
