Improve connector behavior to provide more flexibility and editing efficiency. Requested improvements: Movable connector labels/tags Allow users to reposition connector text (titles, tags, descriptions) along the line — top, bottom, left, right, or centered — to maintain visual clarity and avoid overlap. Reassignable connectors (Drag Endpoints) Enable users to drag a connector’s endpoint to a different step without needing to delete and recreate the connection. These enhancements would significantly improve workflow refinement, especially when reorganizing complex diagrams or iterating on process flows.

Improve the resolution of exported PNG images to better match on-screen quality, and remove excess margin space around sections to reduce the need for manual cropping. This would help users embed cleaner, more professional visuals into documents.

Currently, the software only supports cost calculations in USD, which requires me to manually convert all other currencies to USD. This process is cumbersome and inefficient, especially for a tool designed to map out automations. It would be beneficial to have multi-currency support to streamline the process and improve accuracy.

I am unable to see the help bubble in the bottom-right corner of the app, which is supposed to provide quick access to assistance. This feature is crucial for accessing help efficiently, and it should be visible across all browsers to ensure consistent user experience.

Make the Quick Start / onboarding guide more visible and easily accessible for new users. Instead of only triggering once on first login (and being easy to miss due to browser/cache issues), consider a persistent “Start Quick Tour” button or onboarding panel that remains visible until manually dismissed. Ideally, users could hide it permanently with a checkbox once they’re comfortable. This would improve first-time user experience and reduce early confusion/support requests.

Allow users to display a short description or the first line of the tool’s notes directly on the Tool Card in the Tools Canvas. This would make it easier to understand what each tool does at a glance—especially for onboarding new team members—without needing to open each tool individually. Ideally, this could be a dedicated “Tool Description” field or an optional preview toggle visible on the tool box itself.

Users want to be able to adjust the connector lines in a more custom way they don't overlap.

I need a bulk import tool for People Cards in the People Canvas. Currently, I have to manually add each person, which is time-consuming, especially when dealing with a large number of people. A bulk import feature would streamline this process, allowing me to import names from a spreadsheet or CSV file, similar to the existing bulk functionality for attributes. This would significantly improve efficiency and save time.

It would be nice if we could group teams by a division so that we could have sub-teams or groups of teams, etc. This would be helpful for broader process diagrams where a division owns a larger part of a process that other divisions feed into. things like one division might do the engineering work, but another would do the installation work.

I cannot do basic operations with my keyboard. things like Copy/Cut a card, Paste a card, Undo my last action.
