It would be helpful to see basic analytics for view-only Puzzle links—such as how many times a link has been viewed and when it was last accessed. This would provide better visibility into engagement and help users understand whether their shared workflows are being reviewed.

Users want the option to use a long-lived static API token in addition to OAuth for Puzzle MCP connections. The current OAuth flow requires re-authentication through the browser when starting new Claude Code chats, which creates friction for teams using MCP as persistent infrastructure. A static API token with the same workspace scoping and permission controls would allow Puzzle to stay connected across conversations without repeated manual authentication.

It would be helpful to have an option to automatically align steps using a dropdown menu—similar to features available in tools like SmartDraw. This would improve workflow organization and save time when arranging complex process maps.

It would be helpful to distinguish between primary and secondary roles within team collaboration steps, instead of having a single role assignment. This could provide more clarity on ownership and support responsibilities within each step.

It would be helpful to allow users to select multiple sections at once with the Shift key, as with step selection. This would make managing multiple sections more efficient and consistent with existing selection behavior.

Users report that the tool catalogue search API is not properly filtering results, making it difficult to find and assign tools automatically. This creates friction when using MCP, as users need to manually add tools to tool groups instead of leveraging automation. Improving search accuracy and enabling easier auto-assignment of tools would significantly enhance the MCP workflow experience.

I accidentally moved a section of my layout and refreshed the page, losing the ability to undo the changes. It would be incredibly helpful to have a version history or rollback feature that allows me to revert to a previous state of my layout, even after refreshing the page. This would save time and prevent the need to manually reconstruct the layout.

Allow users to click on images in the Notes section to view a larger version in a pop-up. Makes it easier to review details, stay focused in context, and navigate visual content more smoothly.

I would like to have a dark mode option for the canvas in Puzzle. This feature would allow me to change the canvas background to black, providing better visual contrast and reducing eye strain during extended use. It would be beneficial for users who prefer a darker interface or work in low-light environments.

Introduce a tab list view that allows users to manage tabs more effectively, including inline editing of tab names and definitions, sorting, grouping, and visibility into metadata like last modified. This would help teams organize and maintain large sets of tabs more efficiently.
