We're updating the design of connected attributes to match the “Display on Step” pill style. This includes: Displaying attributes as pills with logos Supporting expand-on-hover to show full name (including second line) Adding an “X” to remove an attribute directly from the step This will create a cleaner, more consistent UI and improve manageability for steps with multiple attributes.

Currently, the Invite Team Member field shows validation errors (e.g., missing “@” or domain) while users are still typing, which can feel premature and distracting. We're updating this so validation only triggers after the user presses Enter, ensuring smoother input and a more intuitive invite flow.

Currently, clicking inside a tool section behaves differently than clicking inside a workflow section. In workflows, clicking inside a section lets users grab and pan the canvas, whereas in tool sections, it unintentionally selects the entire group. We’re updating the tool section behavior to match the workflow canvas—clicking inside will now select the canvas, not the tool group—creating a more consistent and intuitive user experience.

Role pills in the section sidebar currently overflow when the role name is too long. We're adding: Ellipsis (...) to indicate name truncation Hover behavior to expand the name to two lines, matching how it's handled in role-linked step pills This will make long role names easier to identify without disrupting layout clarity.

When users click the “View Comment” button from a Puzzle email notification, they’re directed to the correct step's coordinates—but only within the default tab. If the comment was made on a different tab, the view doesn’t switch, leading to confusion. We’re fixing this so the link correctly opens the tab where the comment was originally posted.

Even when the "Overlay when zoomed out" setting is disabled, conditional steps, go-to steps, and connection lines still disappear while zoomed out. These elements should always remain visible when the toggle is off. We’re updating the behavior so that all relevant overlays (connectors, conditional, and go-to steps) consistently display when expected.

Clicking a tool from the All Tools sidebar currently scrolls to the section’s X/Y coordinates rather than the specific location of the selected tool. This creates confusion—especially when the tool is not near the top-left of the section. We’re fixing this so the view scrolls directly to the tool’s actual position within the section.

When adding a second condition to a Conditional Step Coloring rule, duplicate input fields briefly appear in the UI. While the duplicates disappear after selecting a value, this causes confusion. We're fixing this glitch so that additional criteria fields render cleanly without duplication.

We’re updating the Zapier catch hook triggered during user creation to include firstName and lastName in addition to the current userId and email. This applies to both: Users who register via the standard registration form Users who join an organization via an invite This ensures full name data is passed to external tools like Adio and Intercom for personalized messaging and campaign use.

We’re updating the upgrade modal for free plan users who exceed 50 total steps across workspaces. Instead of the default message (“Select the plan that suits you”), the modal will now display: “You’ve reached your step limit. Please upgrade to continue.” This provides a clearer, more relevant message tied directly to the step limit trigger.
