Currently, Puzzle displays all workflows from HubSpot, Zapier, and Make during integration, without the ability to filter by status. This makes it challenging to manage large sets of workflows, especially when many are inactive. Users need a way to filter and display only active (enabled) workflows before syncing them to the canvas. This will streamline the selection process and reduce clutter when importing. Ideally, this status visibility should also extend to previously synced steps, with clear indicators of whether the connected automation is currently active.
