Make Quick Start / Onboarding Guide More Prominent & Persistent

Make the Quick Start / onboarding guide more visible and easily accessible for new users. Instead of only triggering once on first login (and being easy to miss due to browser/cache issues), consider a persistent “Start Quick Tour” button or onboarding panel that remains visible until manually dismissed. Ideally, users could hide it permanently with a checkbox once they’re comfortable. This would improve first-time user experience and reduce early confusion/support requests.
