Feature Requests

Users wants to pull Hubspot last activity / last updated date on workflows, forms, and pulling in landing pages and Lists to easily understand which parts of the system have and haven't been used in awhile. Pull in Hubspot Objects (as Entities) and associated Properties (as) Attributes.

Enhance the Tools pane with a list-based view that supports faster sorting, filtering, and inline editing for better tech stack visibility and maintenance. Requested functionality includes: Switch from card layout to list view (spreadsheet-style) Sort tools by cost, renewal date, usage frequency, etc. Inline editing of notes, labels, or attributes directly from the list Drill-down editing of tool-specific entities (e.g. assigned roles, integrations, fields) Support for bulk actions (like tagging or deleting) Improved ability to spot tech bloat and overlapping tools in one view

Enable users to connect their email (e.g. Gmail or Workspace inbox) during onboarding or while adding tools, allowing Puzzle to scan for app-related emails (like subscriptions, onboarding, or billing notices). Based on the findings, Puzzle could auto-suggest tools that the user likely uses, which they could then confirm or decline. This would help speed up onboarding by automatically surfacing relevant tools without requiring the user to search or remember them all manually.

It would be helpful to have pre-built descriptions of tools in the tool notes, which could be pulled from the website. This would enrich the tool database with default notes that users could modify after adding them to their workspace's tool canvas.
